Looking back at the 2002 race I rationalized if I could vomit for 26 miles and still finish around 12:30 I still had a good race left in me!  The bad part about 2003 was the weather.  I was lucky to get off the bike before the rains got real bad but it poured for the entire marathon.  Some of the roads were flooded and the track where the race ended was about 4 inches deep with water.  I finished with a 12:28 but was pleased with that time under the conditions.
